As an Assistant Director, I am passionate about creating a positive, nurturing environment where children, families, and staff feel supported and valued. I bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to every aspect of my work. My goal is to help maintain high standards of care and education, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a team culture rooted in communication, compassion, and continuous growth. I take pride in supporting both teachers and families while upholding the mission and values of our center.
